Healthy Living shows was set up 3 years ago by Tony and Kiriem who decided it was time to step in to the Health and Wellness Industry and start changing peoples lives for the better. Since then, the team has grown immensely and our main objective is to provide Health Shows and Nutrition talks where visitors can learn about all aspects of health and nutrition via a natural approach to their lifestyles.
Here at Healthy Living Shows we know we can make a difference to peoples lifestyles and we achieve this by showing the individuals how to cook their foods, whilst retaining most of the nutrition and being able to cook a 3 course meal in a matter of minutes. We show how food could help prevent some of the lifestyle dieseases we see in todays society, such as cancer and diabetes and we make food fun and appealing to all members of the family whether it's children who don't enjoy their vegetables or the grandparents who lack confidence with their cooking. You see to us, helping to change 1 individuals life is like changing a whole generation....eating and cooking habits are passed through the generations so here at Healthy Living Shows, we only want to focus on the good habits and get rid of the bad!
Our shows are held at our Health Restaurant in Sutton where we use our specialist Health Systems that are provided by Saladmaster. Saladmaster are top of the range cookware systems that require no oil or water and retain 93% nutrition whilst preventing leachings of metals as they are made of titanium. Don't worry though, we can bring the show to your home where you can invite friends and family to experience the "Healthy Living Shows" cooking experience and the best part is that it is all FREE....you just need to book a date and time, arrange the venue (Either our restaurant or at your home) and relax for the evening whilst we cook you and your family a healthy 3 course gourmet meal and we bring everything with us including the fresh healthy food for you to enjoy!
